Sadie has experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns and life circumstances, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, trauma, and relationship issues.

Sadie received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England with an undergraduate background in Psychology and Spanish from Oberlin College. She also holds a certificate in Training in Aging, Diversity, and is trained in the Foundations of UZAZU Embodied Intelligence.

Sadie empowers clients to choose what approach to therapy will best serve them. She gently supports clients in accessing and building internal and external resources to support emotional and nervous system regulation to navigate life. Her sessions often include parts work, mindfulness, imagination, movement, and humor (and often her dog on telehealth!).

When she is not at the office, Sadie is most likely somewhere outside gawking at plants, dancing, climbing mountains, or playing with her dog.
